Rules and Requirements for NYAC
Rules
1. Each contestant will be judged by the highest artistic standards with regard to musicianship, technical proficiency, selection of repertoire, and stage deportment.
2. Each contestant must be thoroughly qualified to perform as a soloist with a symphony orchestra.
